Welcome to Modootok — a global platform where people connect through real-time video and language exchange.
By accessing or using the Modootok app (“Modootok”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
You must be 13 years or older to use Modootok. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.
You agree to use Modootok respectfully and legally. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:
Sexually explicit, offensive, or suggestive behavior
Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats
Sharing illegal, violent, or harmful content
Impersonating others or using fake identities
Recording or capturing others without consent
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexually inappropriate behavior.
You are responsible for the content you share on Modootok, including video, chat, and profile information. We may review or moderate content to ensure safety and platform integrity.
Modootok may remove or restrict content that violates our Terms or is otherwise harmful.
We aim to provide a safe environment for all users. We may use a combination of AI moderation, human review, and user reporting to maintain community standards.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately using our in-app tools. We do not tolerate sexually inappropriate conduct. Offenders will be banned without warning.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice.

We may update or discontinue any feature at any time without liability. We’ll do our best to inform users of significant changes.
Modootok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions on the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
